1. Introduction
Welcome to MoovnPay ("we," "our," or "us"), an integrated payment wallet service that allows users to make secure payments, transfer funds, and manage financial transactions digitally. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully.
If you do not agree with these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Definitions
- "Service": The payment wallet application and any related products, services, features, and content provided by MoovnPay.
- "User" or "You": Any individual or entity that registers for, accesses, or uses the MoovnPay services.
- "Account": The personal or business wallet linked to your MoovnPay profile that facilitates payments, transactions, and other services.
- "Transaction": A transfer of funds, a payment for goods or services, or any other financial exchange facilitated through MoovnPay.
3. Eligibility
To use MoovnPay, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have a valid email address, phone number, and other necessary details for account verification.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required during the registration process.
By registering for an account or using the service, you affirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Account Registration and Security
- You must create an account with MoovnPay to use our services. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal or business information, including your full name, address, email, phone number, and payment details (if applicable).
- You agree to keep your account information, including login credentials, secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
- Notify MoovnPay immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Obligations
By using MoovnPay, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information at all times.
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes, complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities through the Service, including but not limited to money laundering, identity theft, or unauthorized transactions.
- Not violate or attempt to bypass the security or functionality of the Service.
6. Payment Methods
MoovnPay allows you to make payments, transfers, and other financial transactions. You agree to the following payment terms:
- Accepted Payment Methods: MoovnPay supports various payment methods, including bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and other integrated payment methods. Availability may vary by region.
- Payment Limits: You may be subject to transaction limits based on your account verification level or jurisdiction.
- Currency: Transactions will be processed in the currency selected for your account. MoovnPay may charge currency conversion fees for transactions involving different currencies.
- Fees: MoovnPay may charge service fees for certain transactions (e.g., transfers, withdrawals, currency conversions). Fees will be disclosed to you before completing any transaction.
7. Transaction Processing
- Transaction Confirmation: A transaction is considered complete only after you receive confirmation from MoovnPay. Transactions are typically processed in real time but may be subject to delays due to third-party processors, network issues, or regulatory requirements.
- Refunds and Disputes: In the event of an error or dispute regarding a transaction, you must contact MoovnPay customer support within 3 business days. Refunds or adjustments, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with MoovnPay’s dispute resolution policy.
8. Wallet Balance and Withdrawals
- Wallet Balance: Your MoovnPay wallet may hold a balance, which you can use for transactions or withdrawals. The balance is not an interest-bearing account.
- Withdrawals: You may withdraw funds from your MoovnPay wallet to a linked bank account or external wallet. Withdrawal requests may be subject to processing fees and limits.
- Inactive Accounts: MoovnPay may suspend your account if it remains inactive for a prolonged period or 180 days.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
- MoovnPay is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal and transaction data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
- MoovnPay’s Intellectual Property: Moovn Technologies owns all rights, titles, and interests in its platform, website, mobile applications, logos, trademarks, and other content. You agree not to infringe upon, reverse engineer, or misuse our intellectual property.
- User Content: If you upload, share, or submit content to MoovnPay, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content as necessary for the operation of the Service.
11. Termination and Suspension
- Termination by You: You may terminate your Moovn account at any time by contacting customer support or following the termination process in the app.
- Termination by MoovnPay: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. You will be notified prior to account suspension or termination unless otherwise required by law.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you agree to forfeit any unused balance or funds in your wallet, subject to applicable laws and regulations. You may request a final withdrawal before account closure.
12. Limitations of Liability
- No Warranty: MoovnPay provides the Service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.
- Liability Limit: MoovnPay’s liability is limited to the amount of funds directly involved in the transaction that caused the loss, except where prohibited by law. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MoovnPay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
MoovnPay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website or within the application. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of The State of Washington.
