As part of the driver application process or continuation of driving on the MOOVN platform, the Company is obligated to procure a consumer report which is a type of background check involving your personal information which may include, but is not limited to, criminal background, driving record, character assessment , general reputation, personal characteristics, and overall personal conduct that will be provided by a consumer reporting agency to MOOVN TECHNOLOGIES LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchises or other related entities, successors, and/or assigns (collectively or individually, as appropriate, herein referred to as the “Company”). This report will be furnished to us with your consent either on a one-time, continuous or as needed basis.
The Company may obtain a consumer report on you to be used for the purpose of evaluating you in connection with your application or continued eligibility to be perform deliveries or drive passengers on the MOOVN platform.
By clicking ACCEPT OR AGREE, I authorize MOOVN to obtain consumer report(s) (including criminal and driving records) on me that would be used for the purpose of evaluating my eligibility to drive on the MOOVN platform.
